The Meeting of HP3C 2022 • WSAI2022 ---"The 6th International Conference 2022 on High Performance Compilation, Computing and Communication" and " The 4th World Artificial Intelligence Symposium 2022" were successfully held online from June 23rd to 25th.The conference was hosted by Northeast Electric Power University. It is co-organized by National Supercomputing Jinan Center, Qilu University of Technology, Institute of Big Data Analysis of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and Guangdong University of Technology. More than 100 experts, scholars and graduate students from various institutions of higher learning at home and abroad attended the online conference.
The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by the chairman of the conference, Professor Guan Shengwei of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The chairman of the conference, Professor Li Jianpo of Northeast Electric Power University, delivered a welcome speech, expressing a warm welcome to all the experts and scholars participating in the conference, and introduced the basic situation of Northeast Electric Power University. Co-chairman, Professor Xiong Xiaoming from Guangdong University of Technology delivered an opening speech, and introduced the organization of the conference and the review and collection of articles.
After the opening ceremony, Prof. Witold Pedrycz from the University of Alberta in Canada, Prof. Rajkumar Buyya from the University of Melbourne in Australia, and Prof. Hossam A. Gabbar from the University Of Ontario Institute Of Technology made wonderful keynote speeches respectively. The conference also has two sub-venues, and 52 paper authors made oral reports respectively, showing the participants domestic and foreign high-performance languages and high-performance computing compilers, parallel and distributed algorithms, high-performance scientific and engineering computing, the latest research progress in artificial intelligence and other fields.
The successful convening of this conference has expanded the academic influence of the school, provided an academic exchange platform for industry experts, and played a positive role in promoting the in-depth development of related research fields.
